The action begins on Saturday with 10 matches involving AFF sides headlined by three NRFL Men's Division 1 clashes.
Fencibles United AFC travel to Centennial Park to take on Ngaruawahia Utd AFC in a re-match of Ngaruawahia's 2-1 win at Riverhills on May 2.
In the other two all-NRFL Division 1 ties, Cambridge FC travel north to try to tip league leaders Three Kings United out at the first hurdle at Keith Hay Park while Tauranga City United AFC also make a trip north to Mangere Domain for their first round clash with Onehunga Mangere United AFC.
Two Lotto NRFL Men's Premier League sides will also be in action with Billy Harris' Papatoetoe AFC taking on 2008's last 16 school side Mt Albert Grammar while Mark Armstrong's Manurewa AFC travel to United Soccer 1 club Hibiscus Coast AFC.
Other NRFL Men's Division 1 sides making their cup bow this weekend are Mt Albert-Ponsonby AFC who host Westlake Boys High School, Papakura City FC who entertain Rotorua United, Ellerslie AFC who make a trip south on Sunday to Ngongotaha AFC, Mangere United who are away to United Soccer 1 Premiership side North Shore United and Waiuku AFC who travel south to Te Awamutu.
Two Auckland Sunday Football Association Premier League sides are still in the competition with Bohemian Celtic travelling north to FC Whangarei on Saturday while O'Carrolls FC play host to Taupo AFC at Bill McKinlay Park on Sunday.
All games (excluding Ngaruawahia v Fencibles at 2.30pm) kickoff at 2pm on Saturday/Sunday.
